Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a guest-focused Front Desk/Guest Relations professional in Doha, Qatar. The role involves greeting guests, handling reservations, and providing personalized information about the hotel and local attractions to ensure exceptional experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years in a 4/5 star hotel, strong English communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3/4 years in the same position in a 4/5 star hotel.
• Natural / Smiling attitude towards providing excellent quality service.
• Good command of English Language
• Possess a pleasing personality.
• Age – 25 to 35 Years
• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Guest relation oriented.
• Possess strong multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Register, process and greet customers promptly.
• Check the daily arrival list and welcome guests.
• Respond to information requests about the hotel and surroundings.
• Arrange for special services requested by customers.
• Update registration cards and verify guest details.
• Handle incoming guest room reservations and promote hotel outlets.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and events.
• Adhere to hotel and corporate guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
