Job summary

Ennismore’s Our Habitas Ras Abrouq resort in Qatar seeks a Guest Experience Agent dedicated to delivering exceptional, personalised guest journeys from pre-arrival to departure.

You will manage arrivals and departures, coordinate guest experiences across departments, and build genuine relationships with guests, ensuring luxury hospitality standards, attention to detail, and proactive service recovery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Guest Experience in luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience using hotel PMS (Opera preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalized guest experiences from arrival to departure.
• Manage check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and professionalism.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Spa, Housekeeping, and other departments to tailor experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and discreetly.
