Job summary

Accor seeks a F&B Supervisor for its Habitas-branded resort in Qatar. You will oversee daily restaurant and beverage operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with Habitas philosophy.

You will maintain service standards, coordinate with culinary and front-of-house teams, ensure safety and hygiene, and support upselling and cost control initiatives in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage service, and guest relations.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise and develop F&B team members, conduct pre-shift briefings and allocate daily priorities.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and safety standards.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction through personalized service and proactive guest engagement.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Stewarding, Front Office and other departments for seamless operations.
• Monitor billing, payments, and cash handling; manage stock checks and requisitions.
