Job summary

ZipTalents seeks a VIP Guest Experience Agent in Lusail, Qatar to deliver premium service to hotel guests and members. You will stay informed about hotel operations, offers, and VIP program benefits, ensuring a seamless guest journey from check-in to check-out.

The role requires excellent communication, a client-first mindset, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a luxury environment. Prior front desk experience in a 5-star property is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum front desk or guest service experience in a 5-star property.
• Excellent communication and guest service oriented.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfort with computer systems, including Opera reservations.
• Willingness to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Know the VIP product and services offered by the hotel.
• Be aware what is happening at the hotel, including hours and offers.
• Follow departmental guidelines and quality audits.
• Maintain stationeries and collateral supplies.
• Deliver warm and sophisticated experiences for guests, colleagues and owners.
• Manage guest journey from check-in to check-out.
• Support loyalty program enrollment and benefits and achieve departmental targets.
