You will be the primary contact through the sales cycle, from inquiry to handover to Operations, requiring strong commercial acumen, relationship skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional events.

Qualifications

• Experience in Conference & Events sales or related hospitality role.
• Ability to manage client meetings, site visits, and proposals.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to maximize revenue.

Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to Conference & Events enquiries promptly.
• Qualify enquiries with client requirements and events details.
• Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and event solutions.
• Conduct site inspections and present meeting spaces confidently.
• Negotiate rates within guidelines to protect revenue.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate accounts and partners.
• Monitor sales pipeline and upsell meetings, F&B, and spaces.
