Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group in Doha seeks a results-driven Hotel Sales Executive to drive group and corporate bookings, develop opportunities, and maximize occupancy while maintaining profitability. You will coordinate with Front Office and other departments to deliver exceptional service and meet client needs.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Hotel Management or related field, with 3–5 years in hotel sales, including corporate, leisure, local accounts and travel trade, and strong negotiation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably within a 5-star or luxury hotel.
• Proven experience in corporate sales, leisure sales, local accounts, and travel trade.

Responsibilities

• Achieves budgeted goals by executing sales activities within assigned market segment.
• Assists in the development of annual sales goals.
• Assists in the completion of monthly booking report.
• Ensures own function operates within cost restraints.
• Meets budgeted sales and profit margins for group business by soliciting, selling, and confirming business as required.
