Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Doha is seeking a Conference & Events Sales Executive to drive the hotel's meetings, conferences, and events revenue. You will manage enquiries, develop client relationships, present proposals, and hand over to events teams, ensuring a seamless client journey.

The role requires strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering luxurious events. Previous hotel sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Conference & Events sales or related hospitality commercial role.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to maximize revenue.
• Confident in client meetings, site inspections, and commercial discussions.

Responsibilities

• Handle conference & events enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Qualify enquiries by client needs, objectives, dates and budget.
• Prepare tailored proposals, quotations and packages.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed business and maintain records.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate accounts and agencies.
