Job summary

InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa, part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts family, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the sales and marketing department with day-to-day tasks in a luxury hospitality setting.

You will assist with proposals, contracts, client bookings, coordinate meetings, site visits, and events; manage content across the website and social platforms; and help develop campaigns aligned with the brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including proposals, contracts, and client bookings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries with timely responses and exemplary service.
• Coordinate meetings, site inspections, and events for corporate clients, groups, and individuals.
• Prepare and distribute sales materials, proposals, and promotional content aligned with the brand.
• Manage and update the hotel’s website and social media platforms to ensure engaging, on-brand content.
• Assist in development and execution of creative marketing campaigns online and offline.
• Track inquiries and bookings from various channels.
