Job summary

Chedi Hospitality in Doha, DAW, QA is seeking a Concierge Agent to welcome guests and deliver personalized, anticipatory service with a close eye for detail. This on-site, full-time role offers opportunities for growth within a luxury hospitality environment.

You will provide information on local attractions, arrange reservations and transport, and coordinate special occasions in collaboration with hotel teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management qualification is an advantage.
• Previous experience in Concierge, Front Office, Guest Relations or customer service in a luxury hotel is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guest-service orientation.
• Professional appearance with confidentiality and discretion.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of local attractions, transport, shopping and entertainment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS is an advantage.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner, delivering personalized service.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
• Arrange restaurant reservations, transportation, tours, tickets and other guest requests promptly.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Coordinate special occasions and bespoke guest arrangements with relevant departments.
• Handle guest requests, concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
• Liaise with hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized Concierge Desk at all times.
• Keep up to date with local events and destination information.
• Promote hotel facilities and services and identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
