Job summary

PPOAR in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, seeks a Part-Time Concierge to deliver outstanding guest services at a luxury property. You will greet guests, assist with check-in, provide local tips, and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate communicates well in English, Arabic a plus, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays are available with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with local attractions, restaurants, and events.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process.
• Provide information about the accommodation facilities and surrounding area.
• Book reservations for guests at local restaurants, attractions, and events.
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the surrounding area to make recommendations to guests.
• Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the accommodation.
• Keep track of guest preferences and special requests for future visits.
• Maintain inventory of amenities, supplies, and equipment needed for guest services.
