Job summary

Woopel is seeking an attentive Concierge for its luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in, escort to rooms, and provide information on amenities and local attractions.

You will arrange restaurant and event reservations, coordinate transportation, handle guest requests by phone and email, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a memorable stay.

Qualifications

• Must be Pakistani or Egyptian nationality due to visa restrictions.
• Proficient in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills; able to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Contract role with no accommodation provided.
