Job summary

Chedi Hospitality in Doha is seeking a hospitality professional to support front desk operations and guest services. You will assist with registrations, ensure key control, and uphold brand standards while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with hotel software. You will collaborate with team members to maintain high service levels and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or recognized foreign qualification.
• Additional hospitality education is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to stay calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are expected.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates all marketing activities and communicates these activities throughout the hotel.
• Maintains the Daily Log Book and reports Lost and Found items.
• Delivers the brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
• Maintains knowledge of hotel products, services and policies; handles guest inquiries professionally.
• Responds to guest and internal customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Ensures guests receive the best possible service during check-in and check-out.
• Manages registrations, key control, and adherence to brand standards.
• Collaborates with Front Office staff to support hotel-wide success and guest satisfaction.
• Performs duties related to Royal Family visits and related protocols where applicable.
• Reads and adheres to the hotel Employee Handbook and site safety rules.
• Attends training sessions and performs other duties as assigned.
