Workato is seeking a professional Concierge for a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The role involves greeting guests, guiding check-in, and sharing local attractions to enhance the guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of luxury-hotel concierge experience, fluent English, and strong communication skills to handle inquiries and reservations, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a concierge in a luxury hotel.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local area attractions and events.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, and other activities as requested by guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of current events and activities happening in the city.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable at all times.
• Assist with luggage handling and storage as needed.
