Job summary

Apparel Group in Doha, Qatar is seeking an HR Coordinator to oversee onboarding and performance processes. The role focuses on probation tracking, employee confirmations, job scorecards and engagement activities for new joiners.

You will support induction, joining formalities, and ensure timely appraisals and documentation. The position requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and collaboration with line managers across HR functions in a Retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating HR processes, onboarding and performance support.
• Ability to maintain confidential records and accurate documentation.
• Experience preparing Job Descriptions, Job Scorecards, KPIs and appraisal docs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor new employees and probation milestones monthly and track progress.
• Coordinate probation and confirmation tracking and manager appraisals.
• Facilitate self-appraisals and manager assessments during the first five months.
• Ensure timely completion of performance appraisal forms before confirmations.
• Arrange appraisal discussions between employees and managers when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation for probation, confirmations and payroll changes.
