• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or administrative support, focusing on onboarding and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate end-to-end onboarding process with documentation such as offer letters and compliance forms.
• Coordinate with IT, HR, and GS to set up workstations, accounts, and training schedules.
• Provide new employees with company policies, procedures, benefits, and culture information.
• Serve as a point of contact for new hires during onboarding and address queries promptly.
• Manage recruitment documentation and ensure records are compliant and well organized.
• Oversee subcontractor and agency agreements related to recruitment and onboarding.
