• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or onboarding.
• Experience with documentation and compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate end-to-end onboarding, ensuring documentation, offer letters, and compliance.
• Coordinate with IT, HR and other departments to set up workstations, accounts and training schedules.
• Provide new employees with company policies, procedures, benefits and culture information.
• Serve as a point of contact for new hires during onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment documentation: up-to-date records of applications, interview feedback, offers and contracts.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies to ensure agreements are in place and track vendor terms.
• Prepare and review recruitment-related invoices and track expenditures with finance.
• Generate recruitment analytics and KPIs; report progress to Talent Acquisition team and leaders.
• Ensure compliance with policies and labor laws; conduct audits of recruitment files.
• Provide candidate engagement support and clear communication during onboarding.
• Oversee subcontractor recruitment-related contracts and onboarding timelines.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with recruitment events and projects.
• Adhere to SHEQ policies and company procedures; maintain accurate documentation.
• Other duties as assigned by Head of Talent Acquisition.
• Coordinate onboarding timelines including visa and access requirements.
