Hilton in Doha, Qatar, invites an enthusiastic Reservations Agent to join our hotel team. You will manage reservations, nurture relationships with VIPs and corporate clients, and work cross-functionally with Front Office, Groups, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

The role requires strong hospitality skills, experience with hotel systems like OnQ and Delphi, and a proactive approach to maximizing room revenue while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Previous hospitality or hotel reservations experience is preferred.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Experience with hotel systems (OnQ, Delphi) and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
