Qualifications

• Higher School Certificate or equivalent is required.
• Previous hotel reservations sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell voco Doha West Bay Suites’ products with upselling and suggestive selling.
• Record and process reservations by phone/email.
• Handle amendments, extensions, and no-show reservations.
• Monitor occupancy levels and report to Revenue Manager.
• Prepare reservations reports and keep management informed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional grooming standards.
