Job summary

InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa is seeking a Reservation Sales Agent to manage room and F&B inquiries, provide accurate rate information, and ensure a seamless booking experience. The role emphasizes upselling, guest satisfaction, and collaboration with Front Office, F&B, and Sales to maximize revenue while upholding luxury standards.

The position requires strong English communication, knowledge of Opera or similar systems, and a hospitality-focused mindset in a fast-paced luxury hotel

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience in Reservations, Front Office, Guest Services, or similar role preferred.
• Experience in a five-star or luxury hotel environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle room and Food & Beverage reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Process reservations, amendments, and cancellations accurately in the hotel systems.
• Provide guests with accurate information on rates, packages, and hotel services.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue while maintaining luxury service standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, F&B, and other departments for smooth bookings.
• Maintain accurate guest records and payment details with confidentiality.
