Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking and cybersecurity.
• Experience with hotel systems such as Opera PMS, Micros POS, IPTV, CCTV and access control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of hotel IT systems hardware, software and network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to hotel colleagues and management.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues promptly.
• Coordinate with external vendors for installations, upgrades and maintenance.
• Maintain IT inventory records and manage IT assets.
