Job summary

InterContinental 62s Group plc is seeking an Assistant IT Manager for voco Doha Central. You will manage day-to-day hotel tech systems, support pre-opening IT setup, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure secure, reliable IT services across the property.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in IT/CS with 4+ years in hospitality IT, knowledge of PMS/POS, networking, cybersecurity, and strong communication skills to collaborate with staff and vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of IT experience, including supervisory or specialist roles.
Knowledge of networking, server administration, cybersecurity, and IT support services.
Experience with hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and other hospitality applications is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operation of hotel technology systems, networks, hardware, and software.
Assist with pre-opening IT setup, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hotel colleagues and departments.
Monitor system performance and minimize downtime across hotel operations.
Support cybersecurity, data protection and compliance with IT policies.
