Job summary

voco Doha West Bay Suites, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, seeks an IT Administrator to manage IT systems, hardware and software to hotel standards. You will oversee disaster recovery planning, ensure policy compliance, and train staff on IT usage.

Strong vendor coordination and reporting are required to support uninterrupted guest services. Responsibilities include monitoring backups, system performance, and security updates, plus maintaining asset registers and DRP testing.

Qualifications

• Formal IT degree required or equivalent in Information Technology.
• Experience with hotel management systems and related software.
• Proficient in English communication and office software.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT systems, hardware and software to voco Doha West Bay Suites standards.
• Oversee disaster recovery planning and business continuity measures.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and vendor SLAs.
• Develop troubleshooting guides and train staff on IT systems.
• Monitor back-ups, system performance and security updates.
• Maintain IT asset registers and DRP testing and reporting.
