Job summary

Hilton in Doha, Qatar seeks an IT Coordinator to deliver comprehensive IT support for a global hospitality brand. You will install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, monitor networks, and ensure data protection while supporting PMS and POS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in IT support and network management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, wireless technologies, and cybersecurity principles.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and POS systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including servers, workstations, printers, and networking equipment.
• Monitor and manage the hotel's network infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure internet connectivity and data protection.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to hotel staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage and maintain hotel property management systems (PMS), point of sale (POS) systems, and other specialized hotel software.
• Implement and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and data backup procedures to safeguard hotel information attention
