Job summary

Chedi Hospitality in Doha seeks an IT Coordinator to provide day-to-day technical support across hotel departments and ensure reliable IT operations. You will monitor networks, assist users, and coordinate repairs to keep systems available and secure.

The role involves supporting hotel systems like PMS and POS, maintaining backups, and contributing to security practices while collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Certifications in networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, or Microsoft tech are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to hotel departments and staff to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Monitor IT infrastructure performance, including servers, networks, Wi-Fi, and workstations.
• Coordinate repairs, replacements, and return to service of faulty IT systems.
• Assist in backups and disaster recovery planning in line with hotel standards.
• Support implementation and maintenance of hotel systems (PMS, POS) and IT security measures.
