Job summary

Accor, at its MGallery property in Doha, seeks a Guest Relations professional to warmly welcome guests, manage inquiries, handle check-in/out, and coordinate with departments to ensure memorable stays.

You will deliver personalized service, anticipate guest needs, and maintain accurate records while promoting hotel facilities and local experiences. Diploma or degree in hospitality preferred, English fluency required, additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of hotel systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and engage with them throughout their stay and at departure.
• Provide personalized and attentive service, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring follow-up and resolution.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, room assignments, reservations and other Front Office operations as required.
• Build strong relationships with guests and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate and follow up on special requests, celebrations, VIP arrivals and guest preferences.
