Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Guest Relations professional to deliver exceptional service at our luxury property in Doha. You will welcome guests, assist with check-ins/check-outs, anticipate needs, and resolve concerns with a polished, Arabic-first and English-friendly approach.

Ideal candidates have experience in guest relations or front office in a 5-star hotel, outstanding communication, and a professional, presentable demeanor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Guest Relations or Front Office in a 5-star hotel is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
• Professional, polished and confident personality with excellent grooming standards.
• Strong knowledge of luxury guest service standards and hotel operations.
• Ability to handle VIP guests, special requests, and guest complaints professionally.
• Excellent knowledge of hotel facilities, outlets, promotions, and local attractions.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the provision of friendly, efficient, and personalized services to guests.
• Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs as required.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle enquiries, and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Welcome and escort guests to various locations within the hotel.
• Maintain comprehensive product and service knowledge to explain and promote hotel offerings.
• Provide information and promote hotel services, facilities, and special events.
