Job summary

voco Doha Central in Doha, Qatar, seeks a Guest Experience Agent to ensure seamless transactions, local insights, and anticipatory service for guests. As a pre-opening hotel, you’ll help deliver warm hospitality and smooth front-desk interactions.

The role focuses on greeting guests, handling bookings and payments, checking in/out efficiently, and offering tailored recommendations. Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with guests and team members.
• Problem-solving mindset to turn issues into memorable experiences.
• Comfort with reading, writing, basic maths and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes
• Acknowledging IHG One Rewards members and returning guests in person or over the phone
• Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings
• Making the check-in and check-out process feel swift and seamless
• Staying one step ahead of guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations
• Being guests’ trusted contact – helping with everything from bill issues to restaurant recommendations
