Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Guest Relations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Opera PMS is a plus.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at check-in and bid farewell at checkout.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Oversee VIP arrivals and departures.
• Escort VIP guests and explain hotel facilities and services.
• Maintain proactive guest relations and provide local information.
• Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness and turnover.
• Collect guest feedback during departure and note guest preferences.
