• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of guest purchases.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest issues or concerns.
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with embarkation and disembarkation procedures.
