Job summary

MOVENPICK Doha is seeking a warm, proactive Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, handle room assignments, and coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus. You should have strong communication, a guest-first attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent or Front Desk role.
• English fluency; Arabic an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional greeting and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Handle room assignments, key issuance, and update guest preferences in the PMS.
• Assist guests with inquiries and special requests to ensure a comfortable stay.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Upsell room categories and hotel services to maximize revenue.
• Process guest payments, deposits, and refunds accurately.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and handover notes.
• Ensure the lobby/front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable.
