Job summary

Mövenpick Hotel Doha is seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Agent (Arabic Speaker) to join our team. You will handle all reservation requests via phone, email, and other channels while delivering guest service and maximizing room bookings.

Key responsibilities include processing reservations accurately, maintaining knowledge of rates and services, upselling rooms, coordinating with Sales and Front Office, and ensuring guest details are complete.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel reservation experience.
• Knowledge of PMS systems (Opera/Fidelio preferred).
• Strong communication skills (English & Arabic preferred).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain full knowledge of hotel rates, rooms, and services.
• Upsell rooms and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Coordinate with Sales & Front Office teams.
• Ensure all guest details and booking requirements are complete.
