Job summary

The role requires at least one year of Front Office experience, proficiency with Opera PMS, and fluency in Arabic (speaking, reading, writing). You will handle reservations, payments, and guest communications while ensuring outstanding service and efficient operations across the reception area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience as Hotel Receptionist in Front Office department.
• Knowledge of Opera (PMS) for room reservations and guest management.
• Arabic language – speaking, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the front desk.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information on promotions and local attractions.
• Process reservations and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Answer telephone calls with a warm and timely welcome.
• Manage payments in line with cash handling procedures and ensure accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve complaints.
• Maintain reception area and stock of supplies.
• Support office duties including emails and filing.
