Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and support guests, visitors, and staff with professionalism and hospitality.
• Manage incoming and outbound communications using a multi-line phone system.
• Share information about services, promotions, rates, and policies with clarity and enthusiasm.
• Coordinate guest appointments and inquiries with internal teams to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry, message logging and admin support.
