PPOAR hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist with excellent English to greet guests, check them in/out, manage reservations, respond to inquiries by phone or email, and provide information about hotel facilities and services.

Candidates should be client-oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, able to multitask, remain professional, and work rotating shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Front Desk Receptionist or in a hotel setting preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable using hotel management software and MS Office.
• Ability to handle reservations and guest inquiries promptly and professionally.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly on arrival.
• Assist with check-in and check-out, verify reservations, process payments, issue keys.
• Provide information on hotel facilities and services.
• Handle guest inquiries by phone or email.
• Manage bookings from reservation to departure and ensure accurate billing.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
