Job summary

Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an Account Manager in Qatar to manage and grow relationships with restaurant and vendor partners, optimizing their presence on our platform and driving revenue.

You will analyze sales and operations data to inform menu performance, pricing, promotions, and delivery logistics, coordinate campaigns, and collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management, sales, or partner success.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards and Excel/Sheets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to work independently.
• Arabic language fluency is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with restaurant and vendor partners.
• Provide data-driven guidance to optimize menu, pricing, and promotions.
• Coordinate campaigns and promotional offers to drive orders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Negotiate and renew commercial agreements; ensure SLA compliance.
