Job summary

Grand Hyatt Doha is seeking an Assistant Manager – Outlet to oversee the smooth operation of the assigned food and beverage outlet, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold Hyatt brand standards.

This role supports outlet leadership, drives service excellence, and fosters a high-performing team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The position requires strong leadership, budgeting awareness, and proficiency with POS systems to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably within an international hotel environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Financial acumen with experience in cost control, budgeting, and revenue management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
