Job summary

voco Doha Central seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to support smooth restaurant and F&B outlet operations. You’ll lead the service team, uphold brand standards, and create a welcoming guest experience in a pre-opening hotel setting in central Doha.

You will supervise daily operations, train the F&B team, and coordinate with events and promotions to drive guest satisfaction and revenue, while maintaining service quality and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Hotel Management, F&B, Hospitality, or related field.
• Proven F&B supervisory experience in a 4/5-star hotel environment (≥3 years).
• Strong interpersonal and guest interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service and quality.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Conduct shift briefings in the Manager's absence to communicate priorities.
• Handle guest complaints during shifts with proper documentation and follow-up.
• Monitor cash handling, banking procedures, inventory, and equipment usage.
• Coordinate restaurant operations, events, and promotions to support revenue.
• Support cost management and help achieve departmental targets and efficiency.
