Job summary

Alwadi Hotel Doha, part of the Accor family, seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to lead daily outlet operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests. You will drive service excellence, coach a diverse team, and ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and luxury standards.

The role focuses on maximizing guest satisfaction, managing costs and inventory, and collaborating with other departments to enhance service and efficiency across the outlet.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of F&B experience with supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Experience as F&B Outlet/Restaurant Manager in luxury or upscale environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, food safety and hygiene.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop diverse teams.
• Solid understanding of cost control, budgeting, revenue and financial targets.
• Excellent guest relations and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations ensuring service, food quality, hygiene and safety standards.
• Coach, motivate, and develop the Heartists while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Engage with guests, anticipate needs and handle feedback professionally.
• Monitor service standards, revenue, costs and overall outlet performance.
• Control stock, minimise wastage and ensure effective inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with Accor and luxury hotel standards.
