Job summary

Alwadi Hotel Doha is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead and develop the hotel’s luxury F&B operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, brand standards, and strong financial performance.

You will manage multiple outlets, coach Heartists, monitor costs, and collaborate with kitchen, front office, and marketing to drive revenue. Previous GCC 5-star experience and proven leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Food & Beverage, including Restaurant/General Manager roles.
• Minimum 2 years as Assistant F&B Manager or F&B Manager in charge.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the Middle East/GCC, preferably Doha or Dubai.
• Experience in a 5-star luxury and large-scale operation is preferred.
• Proven experience managing multiple outlets, catering, and high-volume operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, coach, and develop the F&B team to deliver exceptional service and excellence.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple F&B outlets for smooth, efficient service.
• Lead F&B catering and high-volume operations with strong floor presence.
• Ensure outlets meet luxury standards and guest experience targets.
• Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, productivity, and cost controls.
• Develop strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and F&B performance.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and departmental targets.
• Control food, beverage, labor costs, inventory, and wastage.
• Collaborate with Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, Sales & Marketing.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
