Job summary

Mekdam Technical Services in Doha, Qatar, seeks a senior Turnover and Completions professional with 8+ years of experience in large oil and gas projects. The role includes oversight of personnel and development of turnover/completions documentation and databases.

The candidate should have strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with ability to travel as required and to work within multidisciplinary teams on major fabrication, installation, and hook-up activities.

Qualifications

Qualifications*

Bachelors Degree in Sciences or Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience:-

• 8 years experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines (e.g.,construction, installation, fabrication, execution,
• completion, hook-up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or
• oversight of service/vendor personnel.
• Advanced knowledge of turnover and acceptance systems and completions software, with exceptional experience of building
• completions databases.
• Experienced in developing, managing and executing turnover and acceptance completions systems.
• Experience in project completions and project systemization, including check sheet development, check sheet allocation, writing
• of pre-commissioning / commissioning documents such as commissioning procedures and method statements.
• Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy construction companies.
• Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up, as applicable to the
• project scope.
• Knowledge of offshore facilities and structures, onshore facilities, or yard operations as applicable to a project scope.
• Knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.
• Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.

Technical and Business Skills:-

• Strong organizational, leadership, coordination, planning, interface and technical judgment skills.
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequentchanges in priorities.
