Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Handover Lead to work in Qatar with a major Oil & Gas company. The candidate will oversee turnover and acceptance processes for large projects, coordinating with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure safe, compliant handovers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering and at least 8 years' experience on large oil and gas projects, including supervision or oversight of service personnel.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of turnover and completions systems.
• Experience writing pre-/ commissioning documents and check sheets.

Airswift is seeking for a Handover Lead to work in Qatar with a major Oil & Gas Company.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Sciences or Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience

• 8 years experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines (e.g., construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook-up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.
• Advanced knowledge of turnover and acceptance systems and completions software, with exceptional experience of building completions databases.
• Experienced in developing, managing and executing turnover and acceptance completions systems.
• Experience in project completions and project systemization, including check sheet development, check sheet allocation, writing of pre-commissioning / commissioning documents such as commissioning procedures and method statements.
• Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy construction companies.
• Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up, as applicable to the project scope.
• Knowledge of offshore facilities and structures, onshore facilities, or yard operations as applicable to a project scope.
• Knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.
• Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
