Client of Brunel in Qatar seeks an experienced offshore Construction/Commissioning Lead to manage brownfield hookup campaigns and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate multi-discipline teams, contractors, and subcontractors to deliver mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of offshore assets.

Formación

• 8 years' experience with large projects in construction-related disciplines in Oil & Gas.
• Experience with Oil & Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy offshore execution construction.
• Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution & commissioning, and hook-up, as applicable to the project scope.
• Knowledge of offshore facilities and structures, operations as applicable to project scope.
• Knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.
• Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to safety and quality protocols during offshore execution.
• Coordinate brownfield and hook-up execution including commissioning to meet safety, quality and schedule objectives.
• Supervise contractor and subcontractor activities for brownfields, hook-up, commissioning.
• Check constructability and compliance with technical deliverables from the engineering team.
• Review contractor progress and highlight critical issues and deviations.
• Liaise with contractors and subcontractors for progress, reporting and problem resolution.
• Lead PTW meetings with OESS and contractors following approved methods statements and JSA.
• Report concerns to line management when not aligned with Qatar Energy rules.
• Improve safety culture offshore and on Marine Unit vessels by closing safety actions.
• Participate in REX and Lessons Learned for the company.

Responsibilities

• To Adherence to all safety and quality protocols and regulations during offshore execution process
• To Coordinate and ensure successful Offshore Brownfield amp Hook up execution including commissioning to meet prioritized objectives Safety Quality protect existing Integrity asset Schedule and others as appropriate
• To Supervise and control the activities of the Contractor Subcontractors related to the Brownfields amp Hookup execution Mechanical Completion Pre-commissioning and Commissioning to ensure that it complies with contractual requirements project documentation and applicable International Standards
• To Check the constructability aspects as well as the compliance with all technical requirements of the deliverables provided by the Engineering Brownfields Hook up Team Contractor
• To Review Contractor s progress reports and reports for all the activities highlighting critical problems drifts and dysfunctions if any
• To Liaise with Contractors Subcontractors for all subjects Mechanical completion Pre-commissioning and Commissioning to ensure the Contractors Subcontractors progress follow up and reporting
• To Supervise PTW meeting with OESS and contractors coordinate with all LNG Host to deliver PTW to contractor strictly following Methods statements and JSA approved
• To Report all concerns regarding your discipline if not aligned with Qatar Energy Rules to your line management
• To Improve safety culture during offshore execution and on Marine Unit JUB Work Boat follow and close all safety action under his responsibility perimeter
• To participate in REX and Lessons Learned for the Company

Qualifications

• High national diploma - Electrical
• 8 years' experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines (e.g., construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook-up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry.
• Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy offshore execution construction companies.
