Job summary

AimGulf is seeking an experienced executive to define and lead the corporate strategy for a Doha-based real estate portfolio. This role carries full P&L accountability and oversight of development lifecycles from land acquisition to delivery, with regular Board reports and investment proposals.

You will guide marketing, leasing, and sales strategies to maximize asset value, maintain occupancy, and hit revenue targets in Qatar. Strong governance and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• MBA is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or Business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement corporate strategy with full P&L accountability.
• Oversee end-to-end development lifecycles from land to delivery.
• Provide monthly/quarterly financial updates and investment proposals to the Board.
• Guide marketing, leasing, and sales strategies to maximize asset value.
• Maintain relationships with government bodies, financial institutions and JV partners.
• Monitor cash flow, financing, and procurement risks to protect margins.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance.
