Job summary

Aroma City Group is seeking a General Manager for Real Estate Development in Doha, Qatar. The role requires strategic P&L leadership, end-to-end project governance, and strong governance with the Board.

You will guide marketing, leasing and sales strategies to maximize asset value and occupancy in the local market. Ideal candidates have MBA and 20+ years of executive experience in real estate development, with fluency in Arabic and English, and a proven track record in Qatar’s market.

Qualifications

• MBA is required; a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or Business is preferred.
• Minimum 20+ years of progressive executive management experience within real estate development.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the corporate strategy with full P&L accountability for the real estate portfolio and operational growth.
• Oversee end-to-end development lifecycles from land acquisition to delivery.
• Provide monthly/quarterly financial updates, performance reports, and investment proposals to the Board of Directors.
• Guide marketing, leasing, and sales strategies to maximize asset valuation and occupancy in the local market.
• Maintain high-level relationships with government bodies, municipalities, master developers, financial institutions, and joint-venture partners.
• Monitor cash flow, development financing, capital allocations, and procurement risks to safeguard margins.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams to foster high performance and compliance.
