Confidential is seeking a senior General Manager to lead and grow its Real Estate operations in Doha, Qatar. You will own the portfolio P&L, drive leasing strategies, and manage tenant relationships to optimize asset value and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy and operations of the Real Estate Business.
• Take full ownership of the portfolio's P&L, budgeting, revenue, EBITDA and cash flow.
• Drive occupancy, rental income and asset-level profitability.
• Develop and execute leasing strategies, including renewals and tenant management.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and value.
