Qualifications

• Qatari National, Male
• Bachelor's degree in BA or related fields
• MBA or equivalent qualification
• Proven GM/Director experience in production
• Leadership across business development and operations
• Strong finance and governance understanding
• Excellent communication and public speaking in English
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead development and review of corporate strategy with budgets and forecasts
• Build relationships with key partners and shareholders
• Serve as primary spokesperson for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to laws, codes of conduct, quality standards, and ethics
• Oversee all departments and daily operations
• Ensure HSE compliance and procedures
• Prepare periodic and annual performance reports
• Monitor inventory levels and cash handling with the Head of Operations
• Conduct regular cross-department meetings and report outcomes to leadership
• Review financial and non-financial reports for improvements
• Promote transparency, accountability, and organizational values
• Assess division head performance and drive efficiency
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by leadership
