Job summary

Indman is seeking a Business Development Manager for Oil & Gas/EPC in Doha, Qatar. You will identify opportunities, build strong relationships with operators and EPC contractors, and drive tender opportunities to contracts.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in BD within Oil & Gas or EPC, a robust Qatar network, and a proven track record of securing projects. Bachelor's degree preferred; regional market knowledge essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in business development within Oil & Gas or EPC sectors.
• Strong network and established relationships with industry stakeholders in Qatar.
• Proven track record in securing projects and contracts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of EPC project cycles and tendering processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
