Job summary

The Perfume Factory in Doha, Qatar, seeks an experienced Human Resources Operations Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role. You will support day-to-day HR operations, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

You will manage HRIS data entry and reporting, assist with benefits administration, and coordinate onboarding and offboarding with the finance team.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and Human Resources (HR), with experience handling daily HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR Management, including policy implementation support, compliance awareness, and coordination of HR programs and procedures.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Employee Benefits, such as assisting with enrollment, changes, and employee queries regarding compensation and benefits packages.
• Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including accurate data entry, reporting, and maintenance of digital employee records.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods industries is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and ensuring policy compliance.
• Manage HRIS data entry and reporting and assist with employee benefits administration.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with Finance.
• Respond to employee inquiries and prepare HR communications.
• Assist with HR projects, audits, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
