Job summary

Grams Restrand in Doha, Qatar seeks an experienced HR and payroll professional to manage and support payroll operations across multiple companies within the group. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain employee records, and deliver HR services in line with Qatar Labour Law.

The role covers attendance, onboarding/offboarding, contract renewals, and payroll reporting, coordinating with Finance for transfers and settlements. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and HR administration.
• Good understanding of Qatar Labour Law and employment regulations.
• Experience handling attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, final settlements, and employee benefits.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll processing, including salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, leave, and other employee payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave, sick leave, and employee movement records.
• Prepare payroll reports, salary sheets, and supporting documents for management approval.
• Coordinate with Finance regarding payroll transfers, salary adjustments, deductions, and employee settlements.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, contract renewals, and offboarding procedures.
• Prepare employment contracts, salary certificates, letters, and other HR documents.
• Assist with recruitment, interviews, and coordination of new employee joining formalities.
• Monitor employee visa, QID, medical, and other documentation requirements.
• Ensure HR and payroll practices comply with applicable Qatar Labour Law and company policies.
• Handle employee queries related to salary, leave, attendance, benefits, and HR policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
• Prepare regular HR and payroll reports for management.
• Coordinate HR activities across different companies within the Group.
