Mandarin Oriental, Doha is seeking a Conference & Events Coordinator to join the Commercial Strategy team. The role ensures a seamless turnover from Sales to Operations and back, coordinating conferences, events, and catering while maintaining client communication through planning and post‑event phases.

The ideal candidate will manage reporting, filing and task coordination within a luxury hospitality environment, with a focus on proactive service and meticulous organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in standard computer applications and hotel software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in seamless turnover from Sales to Operations and back to Sales for conferences and events.
• Coordinate planning and execution of conferences, events, outside catering, and group bookings.
• Maintain client communication during planning and post‑event feedback; ensure organized filing and timely reporting.
